Everyone who came to my open houses had found my sale by themselves simply by searching the internet. I sold my house without realtors within a reasonable time by using list2move.com. I got the price I wanted and I was able to save myself, and the buyer, a substantial amount of money. The website was easy to use, and the services provided were second to none. I would encourage anyone thinking about selling a house to try selling it themselves first. The days of the 6% commission are over!
